How to Enable Verbose Logging
The verbose logging option is used to report more detailed information on the operation of a DVR.
To enable this setting, open the Core API Administrator program as an Administrator (right click and choose "Run As Administrator"):
C:\Program Files\IO Industries\DVR Express\Core\Bin\core_api_administrator.exe
On the the General tab enable "Verbose Logging".
An IO Industries Support Representative may ask for the verbose logging output as an aid for troubleshooting. The Verbose logs are added to the existing core_api_log file.
The default location of this file can be found here:
C:\ProgramData\IO
Industries\DVR Express\Core\Logs\core_api_log.txt
